How to Download and Log In to Bluebeam Revu: A Step-by-Step Guide

Here’s a simple guide on how to download and log in to Bluebeam Revu.

Step 1. Visit Bluebeam’s Download Archive

To start your Bluebeam Revu journey, head over to Bluebeam’s Download Archive page on their website. You can access it here.

Step 2. Choose Your Version

On this page, you’ll have the option to download either a 64-bit or 32-bit version of Revu. Additionally, you’ll find discontinued products such as Revu for Mac and Bluebeam Vu.

Step 3. Opt for an Older Version

To enjoy a complete free trial experience, it’s essential to download an older version of Revu. If you attempt to download the latest release, Revu 21, you’ll be granted only a “View Only” mode until you purchase a license. In contrast, downloading an older version like Revu 20 provides you with full access for 30 days. After the trial period, it will revert to a “View Only” version.

If your intention is to evaluate Revu before purchasing a license, it’s advisable to choose Revu 20. Revu 20 shares a similar interface and functionality with Revu 21, minus access to the newly added Bluebeam Cloud. Users familiar with Revu 20 will find the transition to Revu 21 seamless.

Please note that Bluebeam no longer offers access to these older versions of Revu. These downloads should primarily be used to test the program before deciding on a full Revu license.
